How to Support the Ministries You Love | Iowa United Methodist Foundation

The Foundation has a new online giving service available! This service allows you to support the ministries you love more conveniently. It also gives you the ability to give directly to your account number if you or your church has an account with the Foundation. At this time, you are able to give to the following ministries:

• IUMF Managed Account – You must include your six-digit account number to make this gift. If you are not sure what that number is, please reach out to your church finance committee or contact us.
• Clergy Tribute – This fund is a scholarship that is awarded annually to an individual attending seminary school. Many gifts are given in honor of clergy members that have passed so there is an option include the name of the clergy you would like to dedicate your gift to, if desired.
• Higher Education Loan Program (H.E.L.P) – This program helps pastors by offering a low interest rate to refinance the student loan debt they acquired while attending seminary.
• Friends of the Foundation – This is an account to support miscellaneous United Methodist ministries and missions through the Foundation.

Follow the steps below to make a gift:

Step 2: Create a profile or log in (optional)

Step 3: Enter the amount you want to give in the Account Information section. You can give to one or several of the following: your IUMF Managed Account, the Clergy Tribute fund, the H.E.L.P program, or the Friends of the Foundation fund.

Step 4: Decide how often you want to give: one time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly

Step 5: Enter your donation and payment information. Please consider giving the additional 2.75% to help offset the processing fee.

Step 6: If you decided not to create a profile before, you can do so now by just selecting a password (optional)

Step 7: Click Process at the bottom of the page.
