Welcome to iumf.org, the official online ministry of The Iowa United Methodist Foundation. This site is designed to provide information to anyone interested or involved in supporting the mission and ministry of the United Methodist Church of Iowa. When using iumf.org you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page (the “Terms of Service Agreement’), which may be updated by the Foundation from time to time.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of what types of information the Iowa United Methodist Foundation may gather about you when you visit our website, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding such use. The Iowa United Methodist Foundation may collect two types of information about visitors to the website. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Iowa United Methodist Foundation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violations of the Terms of Service Agreement or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, or any intellectual property or other right any person entity. The Terms of Service will inure to the benefits of the Iowa United Methodist Foundation successors, assigns and licensees.
The Terms of Service Agreement will be governed by and constructed in accordance with laws of the State of Iowa. Any actions brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the state or federal courts of Iowa. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service Agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder to the Terms of Service Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replace all prior or contemporaneous understanding or agreements, written or oral, regarding such matters. Due to rapidly evolving technologies on the Internet, the Iowa United Methodist Foundation may occasionally update and change this policy. All revision will be posted to this site. A revised Privacy Policy will apply only to data collected subsequent to its effective date. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by the Iowa United Methodist Foundation registered agent.
